We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with you order but if for any reason you are not and wish to return an item then please do so within 4 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If we do not receive the return within this time frame, unless previously agreed, regretfully we will be unable to honor our refunds policy.
How to Return
Please contact on Facebook/ Instagram or WhatsApp (0335 5453241) to let us know the items you wish to return. Please package all items carefully with each one in its original condition and with all labels and packaging attached, including hangers and plastic wrapping. Items should not show any signs of wear or damage. All returns should be via a track-able method as we are not responsible for losses.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Within 3 business days we will notify you that your refund has been processed. If you paid using “Cash on Delivery” , we will initiate a refund to your bank account.
Sale items must be returned within 4 working days for a refund or credit note.
